Bloom brings back to life the small town beauty shop feel. Our goal is to create an environment that you feel at ease; a place that we can connect as people within a community and enhance each persons unique self by focusing on the beauty each of us hold and the gratitude we all should have being unique individuals.

Amy Carr
Amy is the owner and executive educator at Bloom, with over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry and 4 years as a salon owner. She is passionate about mentoring new stylists and connecting with her guests. Amy loves all aspects of hair artistry, from short to long styles, vivid colors to natural looks, and enjoys customizing hair plans and educating clients on achieving their dream hair at home. She looks forward to meeting new clients.
Pursuing a career in the beauty industry not only gives me the opportunity to watch my guests fall in love with themselves again but, to get to be a friend and an artist while doing it. My passion for what I do comes from the relationships with my clients. I adore getting to build trust with each person. My love for custom color work stems from building a one of a kind experience and a look for each guest. My goal is always to enhance my guests' natural beauty, make sure they always leave feeling understood while giving them the healthiest hair they can have. I am so honored to get to be alongside my guests on the best day, the worst day and any day in between.

Meet Lauren, an executive stylist at Bloom. Growing up I was fashion obsessed. I would spend hours sewing my own clothes and scouring magazines for the newest trends. When I decided on a career in the hair industry, it was simply for creativity. I’ve been a hairstylist for the past 15 years and I love building trusting relationships with my guests. Now 15 years into my career I have seen that this industry brings me more joy by not only trends, but creating natural and effortless styles for my cherished guests.

Meet Abbie, an executive educator and stylist at Bloom. For as long as I can remember, the beauty world has been one of the most fascinating things to me. I know the impact of a “Good Hair Day” vs. a “Bad Hair Day” and the confidence that changes with it. But my career is so much more to me than “just doing hair”. It is about building connections with women that make a lasting impact. Meeting so many amazing women who are in all walks of life is what inspires me. My purpose in this career is to embrace womanhood and the unifying experiences we all share. Being in this industry shows me everyday how special it is to be a woman and how lucky I am to have the privilege of servicing my guests each day.

I thrive in helping my clients feel confident through their personalized looks I get to create for them. Connections are at the heart of what I do because building strong relationships with my clients allows me to understand their personal style and unique needs. This trust and communication that comes from these personal connections enables me to tailor each service to their individual goals. Every transformation is a chance to see what makes them unique and I find satisfaction in seeing their self esteem shine.
Meet Katie, an elite esthetician with nearly 10 years of experience. She specializes in skincare and airbrush spray tanning and is a brand ambassador for Davines Comfort Zone. Katie is passionate about helping women embrace their natural beauty and provides personalized treatments that rejuvenate the skin. As a mother of three, she creates a relaxing, self-care-focused environment for her clients.

As I pursued formal training and education in esthetics, my interest in skincare evolved into a passion for waxing. Being an esthetician isn’t just about treatments in the facial room, it’s about creating a welcoming space where guests feel valued and cared for, just as I did during those special days with my mom.
