IMPORTANT POLICIES

Cancellations: Please make any cancellations or changes to your reservations at least 48 hours in advance by contacting our guest coordinator via phone (219-323-3458) or voicemail.

Emails, social media messages, and personal texts are not accepted methods for cancellation.

No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellations: If you fail to notify us in time to cancel or reschedule, an automatic charge of 50% of all scheduled services will be applied to your card on file on the day of the missed reservation. Reservations with a no show, no prior notice of cancellation, or appointment abandonment will incur a 100% charge.

Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed if you have informed our guest coordinator beforehand. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, resulting in a 100% service fee charged to your card.

Confirmations: All reservations need confirmation within 24 hours. You will receive a reminder email three days prior, an automatic confirmation text/email 48 hours in advance, and a phone call. Unconfirmed reservations will be cancelled, and you will be notified to reschedule.

Refunds and Adjustments: We strive for your satisfaction with every service through thorough consultations and professional expertise. While we do not offer refunds, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to discuss adjustments with your original service provider, complimentary, within one week of your service.

Returns: Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened or used products may be returned within 30 days for salon retail credit. All sales of extensions, including Halos, are final.

Children and Guests: To ensure a peaceful and safe environment, please refrain from bringing children and additional guests who are not receiving services, except for health care providers, translators, guide dogs, and nursing mothers.
